I would rather lease right now. How do I lease a loft?
Baker monthly
rental amounts are for a 12 month minimum rental period. Security
deposit is required (1 months rent). After 12 months, if the unit
is purchased by leasee, 100% of rent goes towards the downpayment
of that loft. Or the leasee can renew the lease for another 12 months.
Monthly condo fees and electric is in addition to the monthly rental
payment.

Leasing Application here.
