Room/Patio Reservations

We are excited to make available our Theater/Meeting Room and our Outdoor Patio to our Baker Lofts residents and businesses. You may reserve the room or patio for your meeting or event by filling out the form below:

Event Description:

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your request has been received. If it the room or patio has not been reserved, it is available for use on a "first come, first serve" basis. If you have any questions, please contact Justin at 616.292.8922. Please review the room reservation guidelines below.

Room/Patio Reservation Guidelines:

  1. Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance.
  2. Reservations can only be made by Baker Lofts residents and/or businesses. Residents and/or businesses reserving the room or patio are responsible for the area and equipment during the time they are using the room or patio.
  3. Residents and/or businesses are only permitted to reserve the room twice a month and the patio twice a month. However, you may still use the room or patio if it has not been reserved by another resident or business.
  4. If the room or patio has not been reserved, it is available for use on a "first come, first serve" basis.
  5. If you no longer need the room or patio on the date you have reserved, please email us at info@bakerlofts.com as soon as possible, allowing others to use the area on that date.
  6. Please clean up after yourself and leave the area as you found it.
